Client Policy
Thank you for choosing Tuitions by Ammar (TBA) to assist you in finding a suitable tutor for your child
or yourself.
This policy applies to both in-person and online tuition arranged through TBA.
- TBA’s Role and Responsibility
Tuitions by Ammar (TBA) acts as a facilitator to connect students/parents with suitable tutors. We
do not employ tutors directly. Approximately 90% of our tutors are referred to us by our existing
network and every tutor undergoes a verification process which includes:
● Collection and verification of their CNIC (National ID Card)
● Verification of academic transcripts and credentials
● A personal judgment on their teaching suitability based on our experience and screening
● Evaluation of past clients feedback of the particular tutor. - Client’s Responsibility
Once TBA provides tutor details, it is the client’s responsibility to:
● Interview the tutor thoroughly before arranging any in-person meeting or demonstration class.
● Conduct the first meeting in a public or secure setting (preferably at home in the presence of a parent/guardian).
● Request one demonstration class, which is provided free of charge.
● Only proceed to hire the tutor after being fully satisfied with their credentials, manner and teaching style.
As part of our standard policy, the first month’s fee is to be deposited in advance
directly into TBA’s account. From the second month onwards, payments can be made
directly to the tutor. Our tutors are already informed about this arrangement. - Limitation of Liability
While TBA verifies tutors to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the behavior, honesty, or
teaching quality of tutors, as they are not direct employees of TBA. In the rare event of any
misconduct, fraud, dishonesty, or any other dispute:
● TBA will not be held responsible for the actions of any tutor.
● TBA will, however, provide full assistance to resolve the issue, including but not limited to helping
you find a replacement tutor and facilitating communication with the previous tutor as needed.
